RE: PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR CHILD SPONSORSHIP
1.0 INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND
Compassionate Ministries deals with child sponsorship in
Uganda being the country where the HIV /AIDS epidemic first broke out and was most rampant, there is a big percentage of orphans and sing parents thus creating a big population of destitute children who are homeless having no hope for their future Needy children outreach has already embarked on this project collecting all these grieved children. However, in this endeavor, we have found many difficulties and limitations. These includes no accommodation for we request some people to give them shelter as they come for studies and others come from their homes which can not manage to look after them. You find out that even the homes which volunteers are not well off so it will be hard if we don't get donors in time.
2.0 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
In currying out this ministry, we have faced many challenges and huddles. Many of these children are still helped in their destitute homes while those picked directly from the streets are given to volunteering foster parents where our volunteers social and extension workers follow them up with the support gathered from the congregation of grace church. However, the member of these orphans under the support of needy children Ministries has become unbearable for the organization due to the meager incomes collected on the orphanage support days yet the number of orphans is increasing drastically. It's not our desire or wish to cut off this support rendered to the orphans to decrease on their number, or worse still, to block or close on any new entries.
We have therefore embarked on an intensive and extensive for finding our orphans each a sponsor and foster parent, and to find sister-churches from across the world to stand with us in establishing a permanent orphanage in which we can give tender care to them and education to them all up to university level with all basic home training and discipline that they would have attained from their parents with same tender love and care they would have got from their biological parents.

How can aperson bring hope to the nation? this is Achallang because the hope to the hopeles is brought by reaching them and talking to them. The hope is brought to aperson while you are in communication with him. This can be done by giving testimonies about the God's work in your life since you was born, the challanges you have met in your life and how you have managed to overcome them.
Here i call our brethren in Christ to encourage our fellow who are facing different challanges, helping them where need rises.
I faced achallange in my life and reached the extent of thinking that i was born to suffer throughout my life, I reached the extent of admiring death.I remember that while i was in this situation, one peson came and told me about the challange he passed through. When i saw the way that man was blessed after those challanges, i recieved hope and i was conforted. This is a Caution to each and every body that let us all jion hands to encourage other people who are in different situations.
THE REASON FOR THIS MINISTRY AND HOW IT CAME.
I felt compassion when i saw that people are failing to recieve salvation due to the situation they face. You find that they are foced by the condition to sin. When they hear of the gospel, they respond positively but, after because of their poverty, they backslide. This is serious if we well know that hell is waiting for people why can't we help where the need rises? This is our job which Jesus gave us in the book of
act 1:8-ff. How are we going to witness him whithout passion for the the needy? who are our brothers?
How are we going to know their suffering without reaching them? Whan we read in the book of
matt 28:18-20, here Jesus is giving us the great commission of going to the whole world preaching is word. Having seen this, we tried by all means to see that the Gospel is preached to this community.we have agood number of converts but they need to be comforted bacause still they face the same situation. When i saw this, i started looking for the way of communication to our brethren out there, who are willing to support in this work of God. The lord gave me an opportunity to communicate through this means though it's not the best but i believe God will provide the good one.
I ask you fellow ministers of God to extend this massage to the world, let us reach out to such communities for God will have to bless us.
The reason for this ministry is to see peoples lives changing, following the biblical principles without any hinderence in their lives.
To show the love to the people in the community by sharing the blessings the Lord gave us.
bringing the word of God practically to the people through action.
providing opportunitiy to the people who think that they were condammed because of the suffering they encounter because of poverty, get healing on their wounded heart and recieve peace and deliverance.
To see different groups of races around the world coming to evangelise in this community.
To see the community being part of the powerful believers of christ around the world.
To see people alond the world coming to invest in this community by supporting this programme.
We shall pray for the suppernatural blessing upon each and every body who would love to invest in this work of God. By either coming and evangelise or financial support.
